Help develop our services

You'll work in one of the following areas at our head office in Lucerne:

  • Product Management & Application Review
    You'll develop future-proof products and services and have responsibility for reviewing applications and for property insurance.
  • Benefit Entitlement
    Our clients receive their statements correctly and on time. Read more about the exciting job profiles in this area.
  • Benefit Governance Management & Patient Services
    You'll prepare the technical groundwork and optimise the processes involved in checking entitlement to benefits. You'll support our clients in difficult situations and help them find the best treatment.
  • Purchasing Management
    You'll shape the way we work with service providers (doctors, hospitals, therapists, etc.) and negotiate contracts in all areas of service provision
