You'll handle phone calls from clients and service providers (such as doctors, physiotherapists or pharmacists) with skill and empathy. You'll work in one of our Client Services Centres in Root (Lucerne), Breganzona (Lugano) or Lausanne-Vennes.

Connecting over the phone and comprehensive training

You'll acquire a very broad base of specialist knowledge, providing you with development opportunities within the company. You could pursue a future career as an Administrative Officer, for example, but other paths are also open to you.
You'll receive your work schedule three to four weeks in advance.
