Contact Centre

You'll handle phone calls from clients and service providers (doctors, physiotherapists, pharmacists, etc.) with skill and empathy. You'll work in one of our Client Services Centres in Root (Lucerne), Breganzona (Lugano) or Lausanne-Vennes.

  • Your working day is varied and exciting because every client has a different question. Your firm focus on clients, flexibility and verbal commu­nication skills are your trump cards.
  • You're passionate about connecting with people. You want to provide an optimum client experience.
  • You have a VET qualification and a high level of proficiency in French and German. Other languages are naturally an advantage.
