Registering with myCSS / installing the myCSS app

Maximum protection for your data is our highest priority, which is why we opted for a two-stage registration process for myCSS. 

We’ll help you step by step: first register with myCSS, then install the myCSS app.

Registering on myCSS

  1. Start the registration process by logging on to myCSS on your computer and creating your user account. We’ll guide you through all the steps.
  2. Once you have registered, within 5 working days you’ll receive a letter containing your personal activation code.
  3. You can now log in to myCSS using your email address and your password.
  4. Enter your mobile phone number and then type in the activation code.
  5. Then enter the (5-digit) SMS code that you have just received on the mobile phone number you entered (the sender will be displayed as +41 79 807 00 70).

Then click on "Complete registration", and you will receive another (6-digit) SMS code. Registration is now complete and you are logged on.

You can now immediately install the myCSS app and save even more time.

Installing the myCSS app

If you’re not yet using myCSS – first register yourself for it.

You can use the myCSS app on a mobile phone or on a tablet. The app runs on the iOS (from Version 10) and Android (from Version 5.0) operating systems.

  1. Install the myCSS app – it is available from the Google Play Store and App Store in Switzerland and neighbouring countries.
  2. Open the myCSS app.
  3. Accept the user agreement.
  4. Enter your email address and personal myCSS password.
  5. Then enter the (6-digit) SMS code that you receive.
  6. Define an app code of at least 8 characters to ensure maximum protection for your data.

Our tip: Activate touch ID or face ID for secure, convenient access to all your insurance documents.

The installation process is now complete, and the app is connected with your account. To access your client data via the app, all you need is the app code or activated touch ID or face ID. You will only receive an SMS code when you log in without the app.
