Hands-on creative therapy

Tapping into the body's capacity to self-heal by creatively exploring a range of materials

Hands-on creative therapy is a form of anthroposophic art therapy. In most cases, the hands are used to shape clay, but other materials such as wood, stone, plaster or sand may also be used. The exercises strengthen the body's self-healing mechanisms and promote regeneration.

Aim: to activate the body's self-healing capacity, primarily in cases of psychological and psychosomatic disorders
