Client dialogue specialist trainees provide our Serviceline clients with advice and guidance on various products and services. They talk to clients, receive instructions, enquiries and complaints, and either deal with them directly or forward them to the competent person or unit. Client dialogue specialists are our company's calling card. Their friendliness and professionalism helps keep CSS clients satisfied.
