Apprenticeship as IT specialist in systems engineering

As an IT specialist in systems engineering with Federal VET Diploma, you’ll share responsibility for planning, setting up and maintaining information systems, networks and IT infrastructure. You will install hardware and software, update device configurations and train users. Security and protecting information are increasingly important factors here. In the first two years of your training, you’ll be given an insight into various areas of systems engineering. At the end of the second year, it’s up to you to decide which of these you would like to specialise in during the last two years of your training.
