Client dialogue specialists work in our Client Services Centre, advising and caring for our clients. Your aim is to help clients with all their concerns, serving them competently and reliably in at least two languages, by phone and in writing. You are our company's calling card.

Training as client dialogue specialist

  • Duration of training 3 years
  • Location of training CSS Serviceline in Root (Lucerne), Lausanne (Vaud) or Breganzona (Ticino)
  • Classroom instruction 1 day a week 

Are you interested?

We work with a professional applicant management platform. You can personalise your online application by uploading your CV (incl. an up-to-date photo), a cover letter describing your motivation, all your lower-secondary school certificates, any language diplomas/certificates, pre-vocational traineeship reports and checks (e.g. Multicheck).

  • You enjoy mixing with people and using foreign languages
  • Your aim is always to find the best-possible solution for the customer
  • You’re quick to grasp new concepts
  • You would describe yourself as conscientious and reliable, and are good at handling confidential information
  • You can organise your time properly
  • You stay calm even when things get hectic
  • You show empathy
