We want to provide you with the best possible advice and support. Criticism, praise and suggestions are important to us and help us to continually improve our service.

Current customer satisfaction

Each month, up to 4,000 randomly chosen customers assess the contact they've had with CSS. Our customers rate us on a scale of 1-10 (1 = Not satisfied at all  /  10 = Completely satisfied). We regularly evaluate this quantitative and qualitative customer feedback.

Your opinion is important to us

We aim to be the health insurer with the most satisfied customers. To achieve this, we need to know our customers' needs and be able to satisfy them. By surveying our customers by text message, email and phone* after they have been in contact with us, we can learn what is working well and what needs to be improved. Comparis conducted its annual survey on customer satisfaction again this year. A representative sample of more than 4,300 persons were questioned in collaboration with the market research institute, GfK.

HELP customer ratings: Arcosana scores 5.1

Every year, the Swiss comparison platform Krankenversicherung.ch joins forces with HELP.CH your e-guide ® to present the HELP Awards to Swiss health insurance companies. In addition to the overall impression they make, companies are also rated according to the friendliness and competence of their employees, the speed with which requests for an offer and benefit statements are processed, and how easy to understand their insurance documents and policies are.

bonus.ch: Customer satisfaction Arcosana 08/2017 - good: 5.1

bonus.ch surveyed 2,000 people about the quality of the services offered by their health insurance provider. The score was based on the clarity of information provided, benefit processing, and customer service.

Arcosana was also rated “good”, scoring 5.0 overall.
