Bach Flower Remedies

Treatment with flower essences, in accordance with the system devised by Dr. Edward Bach, an English doctor (1886–1936).

Dr. Bach described 38 negative mental (emotional) states which cause illness. He identified 38 different wild plants, trees and bushes with therapeutic properties, each of which corresponds to an affective state. Taking the essences, on the tongue or diluted as instructed, in addition to the patient's desire to recover, is thought to restore mental balance and thus alleviate symptoms.
