A self-awareness method developed by Moshe Feldenkrais.

The method helps the individual to develop a better internal perception of the way in which the skeleton, muscles and nervous system interact. The aim is to pinpoint and to improve disordered movements by finding and employing healthier ones instead. Feldenkrais aims to optimise key functions such as walking, standing, sitting and lying.

It is similar in a number of respects to the Alexander Technique.
