Movement and dance therapy

In accordance with Bet Hauschild-Sutter's teachings on psychosomatic function.

This form of dance and movement therapy builds on basic movements such as lying, rolling, rocking, sitting, scrabbling, standing and walking. It is important that the patient performs these movements consciously in order to discover and develop their personal ways of moving and expressing themselves. Movement and dance balance tension in the muscles, regulate the breathing and stimulate the internal organs.


To encourage personal responsibility, physical wellbeing and vitality; the therapy is used in particular to treat somatic conditions, psychosomatic disorders, and as a complementary therapy for physical illnesses.
