Oxygen Multistep Therapy

Method developed by Manfred von Ardenne.

Oxygen Multistep Therapy increases the lungs' capacity to absorb oxygen and thus improves cell function. The therapy involves three steps. First of all, the patient is given a mix of vitamins and magnesium to promote the oxygenation of the tissues and cells. In the next step, the patient sits comfortably and inhales a mix of oxygen and air through a breathing mask or nasal tube. The third step is a specific duration and intensity of physical exercise which is determined by the patient's own capabilities.
