Sage tea

Required material

1 -2 tsp sage tea

1 cup boiling water


For hot flushes, menopausal symptoms or stomach ache: pour hot water over 1 to 2 teaspoons of sage leaves and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.

Drink the tea. Don't drink more than 3 cups a day, and only as required, i.e. don't use permanently.


Don’t use during pregnancy.


Sage tea can have the following effects:

  • Antibacterial
  • Anti-inflammatory
  • Antiperspirant
  • Diuretic
  • Antispasmodic
