Spiraldynamik® is an approach to exercise and therapy which was described by its founders as “an instruction manual for the body, from head to toe”.
It was developed by Swiss doctor Christian Larsen and French physiotherapist Yolande Deswarte.
As a diagnostic tool, Spiraldynamik® allows the practitioner to register complex, three-dimensional sequences of movement by observing the patient, and thus to analyse problems.
Its aim is to enable patients to recognise and to change incorrect patterns of movement. In the course of their treatment, they learn how their body works, how to move in an anatomically correct way, and how they can apply their newly learned posture or movement in their everyday lives.
Insured persons with the appropriate insurance cover profit from favourable conditions offered by our partner firm.
