How it works
- The recommendations are based on the latest scientific evidence and have been validated by the Institute of Primary Care at the University of Zurich.
- The terms and conditions of CSS insurance products continue to apply in full regardless of the use of the service. For example, if you are recommended to go for a preventive examination and you have Callmed insurance, you still need to call the telemedicine centre first before arranging a doctor’s appointment.
