Payment methods
How would you like to pay your bills? We recommend doing so conveniently from home with eBill or direct debit. Not only is it free, it's also good for the environment as it saves a lot of paper.
Good to know: Paying premium statements at the counter gives rise to several million francs in charges each year.
Direct debit (LSV/DD)
The easiest way to pay is to authorise us to debit the amount on the statement from your account on the due date. That way, you don’t have to take any further action, and you can always object if you think a mistake has been made.
eBill
You receive the statement directly in your e-banking system, where you can pay it with just a few clicks. Log in directly to e-banking, go to “eBill” and select all the providers in our group (CSS, Arcosana, Intras, Sanagate) with whom you are insured.
Worth knowing about eBill
- As soon as you have activated eBill, it applies to every bill we send you for every type of insurance you have with us.
- You may still receive your statement on paper for a short while until the changeover has been completed.
- If you object to a bill, you can simply reject it in e-banking.
- You determine the date of payment.
- If you reject or fail to pay two consecutive eBills, you will start receiving paper statements again.
Payment slip
The statement will be sent to you by post or digitally as a PDF to your myCSS account. When paying, please make sure to always use the original payment slip or the correct reference number for e-banking. That way, you can avoid mistakes and unnecessary reminders.
