Quality through dialogue and cooperation

Together with partners in the healthcare sector, we promote quality in the delivery of care. Cooperating, sharing knowledge and leveraging synergies take centre stage.

We work to create a general environment that favours quality efforts. We also take responsibility by checking whether the products and services we offer deliver any value. For example, do our products and services boost people’s quality of life or bring about lasting change in their health behaviours?

And when it comes to new care delivery solutions such as healthcare networks, we make sure that the needs of specific patient groups are taken into account from the very beginning. In other words, the quality of patient-centred care is kept in mind, made measurable and continuously developed right from day one.

CSS recognises innovative projects run by service providers that make a measurable contribution to improving the quality of care with its CSS Quality Award. The award promotes dialogue and makes successful quality work visible.

Our cooperation partners

Swiss Sarcoma Network (SSN):
The Swiss Sarcoma Network seeks to advance interdisciplinary treatment methods for patients with bone and soft tissue tumours. By joining the network, CSS is helping to strengthen the exchange across institutions and to elevate patient-based care.

EQUAM Foundation:
The EQUAM-Stiftung is a foundation that works, externally and independently, to promote quality in healthcare delivery, especially in the area of managed care. CSS supports selected primary care projects through an innovation sponsorship.

VBHC Suisse:
VBHC Suisse champions initiatives, instruments and measures aimed at enhancing treatment quality. The VBHC concept closely matches CSS’s quality strategy. That’s why CSS supports the association through a patronage agreement.
