Chatbot with AI
To improve the user experience and to quickly clarify questions, we offer you communication via a chatbot system (SIA). We use the Dialogflow service of Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to detect the intent of user input (Natural Language Understanding, or NLU). In addition, our system uses the Azure OpenAI service from Microsoft (Microsoft Schweiz GmbH, The Circle, P.O. Box, 8058 Zurich Airport, Switzerland) to answer more complex questions based on publicly available information from the css.ch website. This uses a Large Language Model (LLM) to analyse your query and generate a response.
Data processing and location (Azure OpenAI): The processing of your chat input, which is necessary to generate a response via Azure OpenAI, usually takes place within the Microsoft Azure cloud region Switzerland North. This ensures that your data resides in Switzerland and complies with the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG).
No training with customer data: Microsoft has contractually promised that your inputs (prompts) and the responses (completions) generated through the Azure OpenAI service will not be used to improve or train the underlying AI model. Your interactions will remain confidential and will not be used for sharing with the stand-alone OpenAI organization.
Use of content: The chatbot generates its answers on the basis of the public web data provided by us (css.ch). It is not analysed or linked to your personal contract or client data, which is not already publicly available.
No personalised data: No personalised or particularly sensitive data about you that would allow conclusions to be drawn about your person will be evaluated or stored. Please do not enter any sensitive information (such as health data) in the chatbot entries.
Purpose of analysis: All user entries are analysed solely for the purpose of recognising the user’s intent and generating a reply, after which corresponding answers and CSS content are shown to the user.
