    How do you attract the best people to work for CSS? As a Recruiting Partner, you'll make sure that candidates enjoy a positive recruitment experience – from their very first interaction with the company right through to the hiring process and probationary period.

    As an HR Business Partner or HR Consultant/Developer, you'll provide line managers and teams with support in complex leadership and develop­ment matters. You'll work in an agile team where you can benefit from communication and exchange with your colleagues.

    You and your team are the first point of contact for all HR-related matters brought to you by our employees and managers. You'll be responsible for administrative tasks such as payroll processing, time recording and absence management.
  • Learning
    You and your colleagues will coordinate and implement all basic and advanced training within CSS. You'll also encourage the use of digital forms of learning.
