Rudolf Bruder is CEO a.i. of the CSS Group and manages the company’s operations with the assistance of the Executive Board. The Board of Directors is responsible for strategic management. The CSS Association is the sole shareholder. The Association is represented by the Assembly of Delegates.
The CSS Association’s 40-strong Assembly of Delegates represents the shareholders of CSS Holding. Its responsibilities include nominating members of the Board of Directors.
