CSS Theatergala
CSS has been a partner and sponsor of the Theatergala since 1994. This charity event has become one of the main fixtures in the cultural and social calendar in Central Switzerland.
For a good cause
All donations and ticket revenues from CSS Theatergala go to Caritas Lucerne. The proceeds are used to support aid projects that help people living below the poverty line in Central Switzerland. Thanks to the commitment of CSS and the gala attendees, more than CHF 1.7 million has been raised to date for this good cause.
Theatergala 2023
The CSS Theatergala took place for the 29th time on 27 October. This year’s opera gala “ATTACCO!” showcased a selection of highlights from the 23/24 season.
Philomena Colatrella was able to hand a cheque for CHF 68'000 to Caritas Lucerne to support families living in hardship in the canton of Lucerne.
The next Theatergala, celebrating its 30th anniversary, will be held on Friday, 29 November 2024.
