What you need to boost your chances of getting an apprenticeship

Training as a client dialogue specialist

Your aim is to help clients with all their concerns, providing them with skilled and reliable support in at least two languages, in writing and over the phone. You are our company's calling card.

  • Duration of training 3 years
  • Location of training Customer Service Center in Root (Lucerne), Lausanne (Vaud) or Breganzona (Ticino)
  • Classroom instruction 1 day a week
