I joined CSS in February 2023 as Recruiting Partner – initially on a fixed-term basis, but from day one fully committed to supporting the team.
Why is CSS the right place for me?
I find my work very meaningful. What I value most is the respectful way people treat one another. As someone born and raised in Lucerne, I feel a special connection to CSS here – the warm, almost family-like way of working together makes it a unique place for me.
Life is like a dance. Sometimes we lead, sometimes we’re led. What matters most is that we keep moving.
Who am I outside CSS?
I love travelling, discovering new cultures and their culinary specialities. Sport is my passion – I train several times a week. It gives me energy and helps clear my head. Spending time with family and friends is just as important to me.
What matters most to me when meeting people?
Be yourself! I enjoy meeting people with diverse, exciting and inspiring personal and professional stories.
