  • Reusable bottles & water stations
    We provide durable, reusable bottles and tableware. At all our locations, you’ll find water and coffee stations that keep you refreshed while helping to reduce waste.
  • Digital replaces paper
    Many of our teams now work entirely paper-free. With modern tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams, you can save resources and work more efficiently. Together, we’re driving digitalisation and developing forward-looking work processes.
  • Do your bit with Rendez-Vert
    Our employee network engages in activities to promote sustainability. You can voice your thoughts, put ideas into action and work with other employees to make CSS even more sustainable.
  • Eco-friendly mobility
    Travel to work the eco-friendly way: Use Nextbikes in Central Switzerland or e-bikes at our Lucerne and Vennes locations. It’s good for the planet and for your daily exercise.
