Each entry is individually tailored. With a personal learning path and targeted support, you familiarise yourself step by step with your tasks and tools.

VBV certification as insurance intermediary

Are you starting as a client advisor and need a VBV certificate for insurance intermediaries? At CSS, this is part of your induction. We’ll help you pass the exam during your probation period.

Digital and flexible learning

With our Elever learning app and the Cosmos of Learning platform offering over 1,800 courses, you can discover something new at any time. Webinars with experts highlight current topics and trends. We support the development of future skills and offer courses related to artificial intelligence (AI).

Personal development

We provide support that includes an initial assessment and help with planning your next steps. Take advantage of digital courses, introductions, specialist training and product-specific instruction. Language courses in German, French, Italian and English complete the programme.

Start your career with our trainee programme or benefit from experienced mentors who will provide guidance and opportunities to grow.

Support for external training

We support your external education and training with funding and time – for example, by contributing to course fees or granting time for attendance.
