Would you like to be part of CSS? Our application process is straightforward, transparent and personal. We value openness, speed and direct communication – from your first click to your first day with us.

Your application process in three steps

  1. Apply online
    Find the right job and apply directly online. You don’t need a motivation letter – your CV and relevant documents are enough.
  2. Receive feedback
    We review your application carefully and usually get back to you within two weeks.
  3. Meet each other
    Often, the first meeting takes place digitally via Microsoft Teams. Here it’s a case of us getting to know each other: Are you a good fit for us? Are we a good fit for you? We’ll tell you about our work, and you'll share your experience and expectations.
From the very first contact

We say «du»

We use first names – from the very first conversation. This gives you an authentic impression of our working culture straight away. The use of the formal «Sie» doesn’t fit with our open culture – that’s why we go for a personal approach and meeting as equals.

Deeper insight, more questions

If the first impression is positive, we’ll get to know each other better. The number of interviews depends on the role. You’ll likely meet your potential team and find out what your day-to-day work could look like. Depending on the position, there may also be an external assessment.
