Linda Cera – vocational trainer

For several years at CSS, I’ve been involved in vocational education and training in Mediamatics and Digital Business Development. As a vocational trainer, I’m there for apprentices and play an active role in shaping their training. I also support our Head People Lead in cross-departmental tasks and projects.

Why am I committed to vocational education and training at CSS?

Vocational training is something I hold truly close to my heart. It’s deeply fulfilling to support young people in their professional and personal development, to build their skills and play an active part in shaping their futures. Seeing apprentices grow, take on responsibility, and find their own path motivates me every single day.

Supporting young people means shaping the future.

Who am I outside CSS?

I like spending my free time with family and friends, and turn to nature to recharge. Whether camping, hiking in the mountains, or cross-country skiing in winter, being active outdoors gives me energy.

What do I particularly appreciate about working with apprentices?

Their curiosity, openness and energy. No two days are the same. Apprentices ask questions, think outside the box and bring energy to everyday working life. That dynamic makes it exciting and stimulating to work with them.
