I started at CSS in December 2023 – initially on a fixed-term contract. During that time, I was able to get to know different areas of the company and actively support each team. Today, as Recruiting Consultant, I manage the entire recruitment process from A to Z. I help managers find the right people – those who are a great fit both professionally and personally.
Because here people truly work with one another – not just alongside each other. Interactions are open, honest and on equal terms. You can feel that everyone wants to make a difference. And that’s what makes it such a joy.

I’ve been living in Switzerland since April 2023 – and I love discovering new things. I enjoy travelling, especially to warmer countries, but also doing small trips in my region. In everyday life I relax by reading, going for walks and, above all, spending time with my loved ones – wherever that may be.
Just be yourself. I don’t believe in perfect answers – I believe in real encounters. I create a space where you can show up as you are – where you can be open and honest. Because in the end, what counts is that it feels right for both.
