I’ve been with CSS since 2015. I started out in HR Consulting. Later, I had the opportunity to help shape the new area of «Recruiting & Employer Branding», which I now co-lead in a Top-Sharing model. At the same time, I work as a Community Manager, where I connect people with each other.
At CSS, people take centre stage – not only our clients but also my team. We work together in a spirit of trust, support and inspiration. This creates space for new and meaningful outcomes.

I love the mountains – they give me peace, strength and fresh perspectives. In the kitchen, I indulge my passion for healthy, fresh and mindful cooking. Singing fills me with energy and lightness. And sometimes, nothing beats ending the day with a dance.
