IT at CSS – innovation, teamwork and SAFe

We have around 300 IT specialists based at our headquarters in Lucerne, responsible for developing tailored software, managing complex systems and keeping our IT running smoothly around the clock.

They’re aided by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), a method that strengthens agility, transparency and collaboration. You’ll work in cross-functional teams with product owners, scrum masters and architects to plan innovative solutions that are used every day.

Thanks to your expertise, you’ll make day-to-day work easier across the organisation and drive digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
