Carmen Maria Felder

Following an apprenticeship in banking, Carmen Maria Felder earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, specialising in management and law. She joined CSS in 2018 as a business analyst before becoming an innovation manager in 2022. In parallel, she completed her Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on business development and promotion in 2021 and pursued further training in design thinking and lean start-ups.

In her role at CSS, Carmen Maria Felder places a specific focus on the health market, in particular on the development of new products and services in the field of mental health. This involves working closely with start-ups and other partners in the healthcare sector.

In addition to her professional career, Carmen Maria Felder is very interested in what motivates people and in their needs. She is especially keen on helping people to unlock their full potential. She therefore became a yoga teacher and completed training as a health coach, in reiki and breathwork. She combines her knowledge of these alternative healthcare methods with distance-learning in psychology at UniDistance Suisse.
