Professional history
Philomena Colatrella joined CSS in 1999, starting out as a lawyer. She later worked as General Counsel / Compliance Officer before being appointed General Secretary and Deputy CEO of the CSS Group in 2012. Four years later, she took over as Chief Executive Officer.

About
Philomena Colatrella studied law at the University of Fribourg, was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Lucerne in 2000, gained a CAS in Finance and Accounting at the Institute of Financial Services in Zug and completed a Senior Executive Programme at the London Business School in 2014. Born in 1968, she is married and lives in Lucerne.
