Elina Schäppi

Elina Schäppi is passionate about helping people adopt a healthier, more self-directed approach to their bodies. After earning a Bachelor's in Health Promotion and Prevention from the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, she deepened her expertise with an MSc in Health Sciences at the University of Lucerne.

Working as an editor at CSS since July 2026, her content covers a wide range of topics. She is particularly interested in health literacy, nutrition and gender-specific medicine. Her aim is to empower people with sound knowledge and provide them with the support they need to make informed decisions about their health.
