From 1 January 2026, CSS, together with the medical network Réseau Médical du Jura and Hôpital du Jura, will be offering a new service in the Canton of Jura. Our joint aim is to provide high-quality, affordable medical care for the region.

You're in good hands

Within the Jura medical network, GPs, specialists, hospitals, nurses and therapists work closely together. This ensures comprehensive care: You benefit from higher-quality treatment, coordinated medical services and faster access to the right specialist.

For complex or long-term conditions, you'll have a dedicated contact person throughout your treatment to provide personal guidance and help you coordinate your care. The specially trained carer will also help you navigate the medical network and answer all your questions.

To ensure your all-round care, you have access to a large network: Hôpital du Jura encompasses an acute-care hospital with 2 sites, 3 family practices (MediQo), 1 outpatient clinic, 1 rehabilitation clinic, 2 nursing homes and the Pharmacie Interjurassienne. This range of services is complemented by the family practices of the Jura medical network, the largest doctors' network in the region.

In an emergency, there will always be someone there for you. You benefit from round-the-clock free telephone advice from a qualified healthcare professional. You have access to the two sites of the Jura Hospital. You can also use the Well app to reach your family practice or telemedicine services digitally.

Anyone insured with CSS in the Jura region who has the HMO, Family Doctor or Multimed model of basic insurance can choose the Jura medical network.

At present, the model is available not only in Jura but also in the Vaud region (Morges medical network). Further partnerships are being explored and set up.
