Close cooperation between members of the EHC health team means your treatment is always optimally coordinated. In addition, you’ll receive comprehensive, personalised support throughout your entire treatment and have 2 points of contact you can turn to for assistance, free of charge:

  1. The navigator will help you find your way around the EHC health organisation and give you quick answers to your questions.
  2. The coordinator will help you deal with complex or chronic health issues. They will provide you with personal support and help coordinate your treatment.

You’ll receive comprehensive care and benefit from a network covering 40 medical specialties at more than 30 locations.

In an emergency, there will always be someone there for you. You have access to 3 Permanence clinics and to initial medical advice over the phone, plus digital access via the Well app.

Recommendation on prevention

We’ll not only support you in recovering and living mindfully with a medical condition, we’ll also help you with prevention. Together, we’ll compile personalised recommendations for your well-being based on the results of the free ‘evaluation de santé.
