We cover 50% of the membership costs per year. The maximum amount depends on the level of insurance.
All providers with the Qualitop label, in the Fitness-Guide (with a fitness centre rating of at least three stars) or with the Fit[Safe] label are recognised. However, in the case of gym and fitness chains, not every location will automatically be certified. You can find all recognised fitness centres in your local area in the myCSS Benefits Check.

Whether yoga, Pilates, dance or bodypump – your course provider has to be a member of TanzVereinigung Schweiz TVS, a member of Swiss Yoga or a yoga instructor recommended by the Swiss Yoga Association. All providers with the Qualitop label, in the Fitness Guide, or with the Fit[Safe] or Course[Active] label are also recognised.

Do you prefer to train at home? No problem. Use the active365 app and take advantage of free online training sessions. And if you have supplementary insurance with CSS, you can have the activePoints you collect paid out in cash.
