It is always possible to change doctor from the first day of the following month if that doctor’s practice is recognised under the same model.
We recommend that you also register with the new medical practice directly. That way, you’ll be sure of getting treatment quickly and without any hassle.
That means it probably doesn’t qualify under this insurance model. You can also change model. A change of model is usually possible from the next 1 January.
