Everything you need to know about the tax statement
The tax statement shows you these costs:
- Summary of premiums for basic and supplementary insurance
- Summary of benefits, broken down into insured and non-insured costs
- Total costs paid by you
- Detailed statement of health costs
The tax statement shows all benefits settled by us from 1 January to 31 December, no matter when the actual treatment took place.
No. An order is only necessary once. Thereafter, the document will be sent to you automatically each year by post. myCSS Users also receive the tax statement automatically.
Go to the ‘Documents’ section in your profile, where you can access your tax statements at any time and download them in PDF format.
You can order the tax statement for deceased person easily online.
Tax statements are printed every day. Except in December: In this case, we’ll send you the tax statement in January – as soon as the financial year has ended. You don’t need to take any action.
