In collaboration with Spitalzentrum Biel, CSS launched a new service in the Biel-Seeland region as of 1 January 2026. Our joint aim is to provide high-quality, affordable medical care for the region.

You’re in good hands

Within the Bienne healthcare network, family practices, specialists, hospitals, nurses and therapists work closely together. This ensures comprehensive care: You benefit from higher-quality treatment, coordinated medical services and faster access to the right specialist.

For complex or long-term conditions, you’ll have a dedicated contact person throughout your treatment to provide personal guidance and help you coordinate your care. The specially trained nursing professional will also help you navigate the healthcare network and answer all your questions.

To ensure your all-round care, you have access to a large network: Close to the Biel/Bienne station, the Spitalzentrum Biel facilities are centrally located and include an acute care hospital, the MEDIN medical centre and the MEDIN au Lac outpatient surgery centre.
