When will I receive my new policy?
The policies for 2025 are currently being printed and sent out on a rolling basis. You will receive your policy for 2025 by post or in the myCSS client portal by 31 October 2024 at the latest.

Have you recently informed us of changes to your policy?
Then it is possible that your message did not reach us before we issued the policy that was sent to you. If this is the case, we ask you to be patient. You will receive an updated policy in mid-November 2024.
What amount does the Federal Office for the Environment pay back?
In 2025, you’ll get back environmental tax of CHF 61.80 a year, or CHF 5.15 a month. We will deduct this amount from your premium for mandatory basic insurance and display it separately on your policy.
