When will I receive my new policy?
The policies for 2027 are currently being printed and sent out on a rolling basis. You will receive your policy for 2027 by post or in the myCSS client portal by 31 October 2026 at the latest.

Have you recently informed us of changes to your policy?
Then it is possible that your message did not reach us before we issued the policy that was sent to you. If this is the case, we ask you to be patient. You will receive an updated policy in mid-November 2026.
Redistribution of environmental taxes
In 2027, you will receive a total of CHF 57.00 from the Federal Office for the Environment from the redistribution of environmental taxes. We will deduct this amount pro rata from your premium for basic insurance. You will find the monthly deduction on your policy.

The premiums for 2027 are rising in tandem with healthcare costs in Switzerland. This affects all general health insurance companies. CSS is committed to minimising the burden placed on its insured persons.
