- Cost containment overall: In 2025, CSS saved around CHF 1.3 billion in both basic and supplementary insurance thanks to its measures to rein in costs and its systematic checking of bills.
Redistribution of environmental taxes
In 2027, you will receive a total of CHF 57,00 from the Federal Office for the Environment from the redistribution of environmental taxes. We will deduct this amount pro rata from your premium for basic insurance. You will find the monthly deduction on your policy.
