Required material
A handful of fresh or dried stinging nettle leaves
approx. 500 ml boiling water
Application
Stinging nettle hair rinse: pour hot water over a handful of fresh or dried stinging nettle leaves and leave to infuse for approx. 10 minutes. Let the mix cool.
After washing your hair as normal, massage the tea into your scalp (making sure the tea is not too hot), then rinse your hair.
