Anaphylaxis training

Anaphylaxis (or anaphylactic shock) is an acute allergic reaction. We support the aha! Swiss Allergy Centre, which provides training that shows you what to do in an emergency. The courses are free of charge if you have supplementary insurance with CSS.

Courses for adults and young people

Whether the reaction is triggered by food, an insect bite or sting, latex or medication, the course will boost your knowledge and give you tips for coping with everyday life. The course for parents of affected children is held over two evenings. The course for adults and young people is held on a single evening.

The courses are currently only available in German.

Holiday camps

Holiday camps are aimed at children (aged 8 to 12) and young people (aged 13 to 16) with anaphylaxis. During the week-long camp, the youngsters are well looked after and learn important facts about anaphylaxis and the right way to handle it, while also having fun.
