Nettle hair rinse

Thanks to its ability to stimulate blood circulation, nettle tea can also be used as a hair rinse to combat hair loss. After washing your hair as normal, massage the tea into your scalp (making sure the tea is not too hot) then rinse. This will also leave your hair smooth and shiny.

Tip: The forgotten vegetable

Stinging nettle is more than just a medicinal herb, it also contains nutrients and vital substances and has a surprisingly mild and creamy flavour. It can be used in a variety of delicious dishes. Nettle contains large amounts of iron, calcium and vitamin C. Prepared like spinach, the leaves lose their sting as soon as they are cooked or soaked in water.
