Balm tea

Required material

A handful of lemon balm leaves

250 ml boiling water


Pour the boiling water over the lemon balm leaves and allow to infuse for 10 minutes. Drink up to 3 cups a day.

The tea promotes a good night’s sleep when taken at night, and is invigorating when taken in the morning.

If you have a cold, the tea can make breathing easier.

It can help to relieve spasms in the gastro-intestinal tract and ease menstrual pain.


Lemon balm tea can have the following effects:
