Parsley tea

Required material

  • 1 tablespoon parsley (approx. 10g)
  • 1 cup boiling water


  • Steep the parsley for around 10 minutes


Parsley tea can have the following effects:

Parsley has a diuretic effect and helps curb tissue inflammations caused by toxins and retained fluids.

Please note: this tea isn’t suitable for pregnant women and people suffering from kidney disease. Only drink 1 cup per day and for no more than 2 weeks at a time.
