1 litre boiling water
1 cup lavender flowers
Add the lavender flowers to the water and bring to the boil. Strain and add to bathwater. Fill the bathtub with warm water (28° - 38°).
Enjoy this relaxing bath for 15 to 20 minutes. Rest on the bed for at least 30 minutes. It’s most practical to take this bath before going to bed.
