Half-day check-up (Can be claimed 1x per 3 insured calendar years, 80% of costs covered, max. CHF 720)
Full-day check-up (Can be claimed 1x per 3 insured calendar years, 100% of costs covered, max. CHF 1,800)

The CHF 800 a year towards your costs is made up as follows:
- Premium Health Account max. CHF 700 per year.
- Health Account Bonus max. CHF 100 per year for active memberships.
Your chosen category (Economy, Balance, Premium) of myFlex Hospitalisation Insurance determines the level of benefits under the Health Account.
Yes. Clients with CSS Standard Insurance, CSS Standard Plus Insurance, Semi-Private or Private Hospitalisation Insurance benefit from the Balance Health Account (without the CSS Check-up).
Fitness training, yoga or strength training: you benefit from a contribution to your membership costs if you have both myFlex Outpatient Insurance and myFlex Hospitalisation Insurance. What CSS pays
It's quite simple. Submit the bills from a recognised provider by post or via myCSS.
Do you have a Balance or Premium Health Account? Together with Death and Disability Insurance and myFlex Alternative Insurance or Dental Care Insurance, you benefit from the Health Account Bonus.
