How the course works

  1. No preparation is needed for the first session.
  2. The course is interactive. You decide at all times what information you wish to share with the group. We create a respectful and safe space where you can share your experiences – but only if you wish to.
  3. The course leaders will suggest practical exercises and everyday strategies for you to try between sessions, such as energy management (pacing), breathing and relaxation strategies, etc.

The aim is to develop individual solutions that fit your current life situation and provide long-term support.

Led by Experts

The course is led by Leijla Baltic, CSS Health Coach. She supports people affected in managing their daily lives more effectively and developing long-term strategies to improve their quality of life.

What the course does not cover

This course provides theoretical input and self-management strategies but does not replace medical care or therapy.

To ensure we can work interactively, the number of participants is limited to a max. of 10 and a min. of 5 people. If fewer than 5 people register, the course will not take place. Participants will be informed in advance.
